please help me with the following soundriddle, taken from an old liveset-tape, recorded during the years 94 - 95 in the famous old tunnel club, hamburg.

i found it in a mix by gary d.....

some friends of mine have told me that this could be a spanish release, maybe on pink records, but they didn't know....
(as gary used to play some fine spanish techno / hardtrance releases in these years :-)
