The scene's smaller but you get that I guess since we have a much smaller population. We still have a good turnout at the big gigs although it's not overwhelming (I like more 'intimate' gigs anyway).

Depends what music you're into if you like hard music try Church / Rise. A personal favourite bar of mine is the Belgian Beer Cafe on the cnr Murray St and King St. They don't play music there but they have some awesome beers.

Update: For those people considering to attend both Inner City and M.O.S Hard Nrg on the easter weekend will be happy to know that limited double pack tickets will be available from Monday 27th March only at The DJ Factory.
