Only takeing wild guesses here, but it CAN be something from "Alien project" or "RMB" (I think they are called), only wild guesses though

bump, letting some new eyes see this post.

This sounds suspiciously similar to a god's groove production. Maybe something by them?

e.g.

maybe it's just me, but I can't hear anything remotely similar in those two samples, although they do do bring back memories !
