I partly disagree, well i would agree if you talked only about hard court, they are very close on clay and on hard court, but now i don't think Nadal would be close to win against Federer on grass. And neither on hard court at the US open.
We'll see, but it was very close, the mental of Nadal made the difference because Federer won more points then Nadal in the whole match. |
My previous post meant that its next to impossible for federer to beat nadal on clay, just like it would be for nadal to beat federer on any other surface. Ofcourse, its just a figure of speech since nadal just beat federer in the dubai open this year which was a hard court surface i beleive.
Nadal's won a record tying 53 consecutive games on clay and will probably break it next week against hass. He also has a 5-1 record against federer which is a great acheivement given its against a man who lost just 3 matches this season, all of which have been to nadal.
