Anyone been to Borneo?
I'm thinking of going with some mates (or maybe by myself) for like a week/week and a half or so. Don't want to go for too long cos I don't want to end up spending too much money.
Apparently its really good, cheap too
Anyone been or heard anything about it?
oh, would December be the wet season there?

It's supposed to be a pretty interesting place to visit.
Monkeys running free through the hotels etc.
So if you like them (looking at your avatar i'm assuming you might) then it would be pretty cool.
Not sure about it being that cheap though.
But i'm not really sure.
The only thing i'm sure about, is the Monkeys.
There are lots of Monkeys.

not been to borneo but spent two weeks working on the indonesian side of the island near balikpapan. getting chased through a mining village by a wild boar, being saved from angry monkeys by a friend with a 9 iron, ridiculous drinking and diving that makes the barrier reef look totally dull are my main memories of the place.
