Well here's the deal...when I was younger I could stay up till late and then wake up. As I get older its so much harder to do. Well I'm not that old just 28, but my weekday job requires me to wake up 6am everyday.


The thing is when the weekend comes around and if I need to stay awake I get exhausted by 12am. Now its Memorial weekend here in the US and there are parties galore.

So I was just curious how do you guys get your energy? And please dont say Red Bull...the first one may have some effect but after that its useless. Well for me at least...

When I need to stay awake I just stress the crap out. Insomnia rears it's ugly head in no time!

I dont know I just cant do it anymore..or can I???

I hear stories of people sleeping just a few hours a night (Trump, Stewart, etc)...

I tried that but after 40 minutes I still feel sleepy...maybe its my diet

Eat something small every two hours or so. No milk though, that makes you sleepy.
