seeing I have just gone from a fluid restricted ( since november 2004) of 1liter of fluid a day to now a minimum of 2liter I am going to need some inspiration.
Water is ok I don't mind the taste but it's just two freaking liters woah!

oh and yeah zero sugar for the next couple months so had to quit my little delights like cranberryjuice, lemon coca cola etc.
