If your government chose to use this as an excuse to dicate to you what music you can listen to and how you party then maybe your efforts would be better spent campaigning for a more liberal attitude. |
Bravo! I salute Spad for his excellent statement.
I have never used drugs myself. But it is a fact that the Trance/Club culture and some soft drugs DO go together. You know this as well as the next trancEaddict. We're not talking about cocaine or heroine here, drugs that can kill you. Oftentimes, soft drugs enhance your dance experience just like alcohol helps you loosen up, and they're not harmful.
I have a question for you: If they sold Xtasy openly at your club, would you buy it? Now let me rephrase the question: if they did away with that dirty, obscene title, and called it a "mood enhancer," would you NOW buy it?
Strangely, "mood enhancers" are not illegal here where I live, but as soon as there's a hint of the word "ecstasy" at a party, that's when the cops storm in... Like S.H.O.K.K. proclaims in his tune, "Isn't It All a Little Strange?"

...I'd comment some more...but you pretty much summed it all up nicely. So, I'll leave it at that
