first time at the club (unfortunately had to miss Armin) and Im impressed

still not exactly sure how I ended up there..was coming back form bertending school one minute, next thing u know a Dragonfly flyer with event listing for July is randomly pulled out in the car by Oreo and what do you know. U poor thing gotta wake up for work at 6 am..won't be home till at least 5. Hang in there hun! lol

that was one of the sickest house sets I've ever heard!
The beats were delicious. The crowd was sexyyyyy. There was a lot of people, but there was room. Its like perfect dancing space! But definitely hot crowd.

Personally I didn't see any TAs around but i was told there were a few...
Something different it was I gotta say. It was nice for a change of sketchy guv....I'll prolly cya guys there on saturday lol

pretty fricken nice club eh. When they get a better sound system... that place will be next to untouchable for quality.


the bouncers are super nice too...which surprised me considering what Charles' bouncers are like in toronto.

i agree, the soundsystem isn't bad, but could be improved upon. JBL isn't bad, it was a give or take at armin, i found the system did really well with house music, but things tended to get a bit mushy at times with trance. And they put the system way to loud, i have never had my ears ring so bad after a club, lesson learned and definately wearing ear plugs next time. i'll prolly make it out for BBB in a week down there.

the decor...the lighting....the people...the staff... simply amazing.
stephan kicked the night off with a wicked set. he played until about midnight and joe manzone took over. i have no idea what time joe played until fab took over but it was a great night in terms of music.
i met oreo_the_cookie which was cool.
we were throwing back the bottle of grey goose in the vip. oh, the vip area, HOLY SHIT, it is gorgeous.
stephan, i dont know if you will read this or not but you are a fantastic host and i look forward to my next visit to dragonfly.

The VIP is my fave area, its seperate, but you still feel like you are a part of the party, comfortably.

i'd imagine it would be similar to TiL, or other places that offer bottle service. it's pretty much the norm, and really not that expensive when you have a group.

it'd be nice if they had a section where anyone can sit for awhile, but obviously if ppl are willing to pay outrageous bottle service fees, they'd dedicate all seating for the purpose.
