Warm-up style mix!

The first mix in a few years that I've been bothered to upload. I have to admit, it's rather good. Mixed on a pair of cdj-1000 mk2s and a djm-600 with a serato-installed laptop.

This isn't what I normally mix, usually into more banging tech. But I decided to try something different. Recently played at the Blue Rooms in Bath with a similar style set and it went down a treat, here it is:

I can honestly say this is the best mix I've ever heard from Sykadelik.

Very good mix here sy, the first track is gorgeous but yeah it clashes moodwise with sabot but it's a bit necessary to get on with the progression, the following tracks are sublime and well mixed, at some points i hardly noticed that the track changed, the ending is a bit mieh tho, mainly due to personal reference, was never that keen on umek's remix of outhouse and that remix of awakening is well, it tries to be tribalish but it falls short and it's a bit boring. other than that the trackselection is good. will give it a couple of more whirls

Very nice mix. I like the way it sort of builds up to a peak then calms down again, does make it sort of like a warmup mix. The track selection is great and the mixing in general barring the odd very small error is technically very good.
