Does anyone know how to change .rar files to .mp3 files?

I downloaded a set that is .rar and not .mp3. I thought there was a way to change the file to mp3 so I can listen to it. Any help.

Here is the set I am trying to change from .rar to .mp3

unpack the .rar file then the MP3 file should be by its self.
