i forgot whats the name of the Government prog that picks up words over the internet and phone lines..like for example every time the words George Bush or WHite House or Nuclear is said this prog picks it up and the NSA(nation Security Agency) takes note and folows up on the words to see if they are threats..

There's another one called TEMPEST. I think it's supposed to monitor signals coming from virtually ANY piece of electronics around and scan like Elchelon (sp?) does but, for a certain signal to trigger it... www.astalavista.com has SOME info on it but, I don't know if it's up there anymore. It's somewhere on their site...
