Seriously, how would that be any different than buying it on some form of physical media (vinyl, CD) from an online store overseas, and then importing it? When I buy records of Juno and have them shippied, none of them say "territorial error!"

I have only encountered a territorial restriction once, for Trick & Kubic feat. Valeska - Easy. I had no problem purchasing the track; Beatport lost $1.50 when I purchased it for $2 from DJDownload.

ah lovin that track.. im burning cd's and lookin @ my "to download section" atm... and that track is in it :s i live in the US too.. so i guess i wont be buying it, but downloading it

Its not beatport's fault. Its the record labels who scwabble over money and rights.
They should realy try harder to get releases from all the labels though.
