After and embarrassingly easy outing against Andorra, we face Macedonia this afternoon in Skopje.

I can't find anywhere in this city to watch the game so I will update as I listen to it.

That is quite simply a terrible rendition of the national anthem by a women in the centre circle. Peter Crouch turns round with a look of bemusement. Her flamenco-style dress must only add to his sense amusement. The home fans mark the rendition with respect before bellowing out their own anthem, which is a bit of a dirge.

Lets hope the macedonia fans behave themselves this time around .. burning the english flag and shouting racist slogans last time england visited was uncalled for

France is up 1-0 right now.

England game is still 0-0.

England are being tested by Macedonia and are spending the majority of their time in their own half.
