It sounds like you have the keyboard local setting turned off.
Press System/Multi Edit button and scroll along until you see KEYBOARD Local, set this to ON!
If you are using with a sequencer you leave this setting OFF so your virus doesn't sound when you are controlling other midi tracks/ VST's, Remember to have MIDI Thru active in your sequencer!

but anyway i intend to use the indigo as a midi controller so i gues it has to be on, right???? and what about midi trhough in cubase sx ??

i have the midi out and in correctly on the synth and a MOTU 828 soundcard. Also the audio cable is playing in cubase (i did create a input chanenl and it sounds) what i cant just do is play my vsts with indigo!! i setp midi input on the souncard and everything... aaa
im boring u ,, i think i did everything right , but maybe there still some tweak on the synth.. ill keep trying
