ok but i just got out of a serious relationship and this guy knows this and i've straight up told him that i'm "devistated" and stuff like that, so he knows that i was crushed and that i'm just not interested, but he still tries to get me to go out with him all the time...like alone. i'll go out with him if it's like a group thing because i actually have a good time with him, but it's just not there.

and we've kissed before, while i was wasted at a club...we both were. he took a picture and was like, "let's kiss" and so he sent me this picture of us making out and he was like, "hotness" and i was like, "oh shit" i didn't even remember doing that. i haven't hung out with him since then but he emails me every day, inviting me out to places and to his house so he can cook for me and stuff. should i just tell him that i like him as a friend but i'm not interested in anything else?

Honesty is the best policy. If there's any ambiguity on your part, he'll twist that in his mind to mean you just might be interested. Guys hold out hope for a long time, and the longer that hope lasts, the harder it will be for him to let it go.

I would say re-iterate the fact that you just got out of a relationship and don't want to see anyone. And DON'T hang out with him alone, you also might want to try keeping your tounge out of his mouth. You know...just in case. Honestly though, if you kissed him, and he likes you...that's bad.
