Bedrock - For What You Dream Of (Full on Renaissance mix)

Wow an absolute monster and progressive house classic...if only those horrible diva vocals didn't exist and there was a dub

I like this mix, not as much as i used to but i like it. There is an instrumental version too, on the first release of the 1993 vinyl but only on that. Unlike the Renaissance and Blue Amazon mixes, the instrumental version hasn't been repressed since unless you count some of the '93 compilation vinyls it features on.

*Edit* My fav is probably the Edge Factor Dub which i just dug up.

Haha, it's on the Trainspotting soundtrack, absolutely triumphant piece of music.

Love it.

It's the first song that really got me into electronic music.

Diva vocals were still hot shit in '93.

Never actually heard the instrumental...

I can't remember anymore. I don't actually have the instrumental version and it's been more than 10 years since i've heard it.

the vocals make the tune what it is, they're just another layer on a great tune.

I managed to pick up a repress of the full on renaissance & the blue amazon mixes, proud to own it even if it's not an original, some tunes are just worth having a copy of
