Anybody know how to prepare a hacky sack? Like, take some beads out and do I take the bag out?

get bag
put beeds in back
kick

Roll it around in your hand a lot, and if it is too tightly packed take beads out, but be careful, you need to close it up correctly or more will leak out.

like when you first buy it and wanna break it in?
put it on the grounds, with flat-soled shoes step on it and grind it back and forth, not too hard
change the angle every once in a while
voila

any i've used just have knitted sack with beads inside, no lining

yeah its not amazing for it in the long run but you can break it in like 20 times quicker than using your hand
