I'm sorry but having spent two winters in Halifax I can say that windchill makes all the difference. No matter how cold it is your body creates a layer of warmth around it which gives you at least some comfort. With piercing wind you'll feel as if you were naked.

I'll take -20 and no wind over -10 with wind any day.

Asshole school board made us go to school today. Half the class wasn't even there.
