the best tek for noobs is brown rice / vermiculite mixture, it has a very low contam rate but doesnt yield quite as high as the PF tek. but its way easier for your first setup. innoculate jars of brown rice / verm, then when cakes are fully colonized, chop them up and put them into a aluminum cake pan and cover with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of a good topsoil manure mixture. put them in a 100% humidity environment with 18hours of light exposure. should start pinning in a week or so


and a tip for drying shrooms ecinomically. use your pc. put a pice of paper in the bottom of the case and leave your zooms on it overnight. the air circulation in the case will dry them out in 10 hours or less.
