The Röyksopp/Øye mashup is only exclusively available in mixed form on DJ Kicks: Erlend Øye mix-CD from 2004 where Phonique has mixed Øye's acapellas with other tracks.
To my knowledge the mashup isn't available as a digital download anywhere but the mix-CD should be pretty easy to find in any decent record store. And the vinyl release features Silicone Soul's Dub and Øye's There Is A Light That Never Goes Out acapella as separate tracks, not the actual mashup.
