ok it seems to be sick season right now, i started out with a cough and a stuffy nose, and now... well now it feels like the flu, who else is feeling poopy?

i had it a week and a half ago (flu) but ive been good since last wed/thu...

i was sick throughout the week of christmas, new year and my birthday, so yeah i know what you mean

how bad is your cough? my Doc prescribed me a pretty yucky cough medicine but it works in 3-4 days

yea i know how u feel. have had a cough and runny nose and slight fever on and off for about 2 weeks now. a day or 2 i wud feel better but then it wud creep back in. and today i feel real crappy . got drenched in snow and slush and all that good stuff on Bay street by a idiot driver.

hahah damn it all to heck eh? and i dont go to toronto and party, i go out 2 nites for frost week, and get home @ 12:30 (so like 2 hrs of drinking) and i ruin myself.

Drinking kills your immune system. You should avoid it completely when sick, along with partying.

in case you didnt know...

no cough medicine is a cure for the cough. it doesnt work like antibiotics do. antibiotics actually fight off bacteria that is causing the infection. a cough medication is merely a suppressant. if your cough disappears after 3-4 days of taking the cough medicine, it is your own body that is fighting off the cold or whatever is causing the cough.

and knowing is half the battle...
