Which Pitch Range do you use?

Just out of interest, I was wondering what pitch range you use on your CDJ's?

On my 1000's I personally use +10% and I have only come across a couple of tunes that wont stay in time at this range so then I switch to +6%.

What do you guys use?

i don't use anything other than 6%. every so often i use a higher setting for tricks but thats all. why would you want to use a higher less accurate setting.

I mix a lot faster using 10% and it is still silky smooth so to me it is the best.

if you beatmatch with the slider +/-6 can be not enough. eg what you need is +4 but you need the cued track to catch up, you cannot push up to +10 to catch up then back to the right range.
of course you can use the jog wheel to corrcet and only make fine adjustments on the slider. I ended up doing the slider method ot match on tt's, and the jog wheel with fine pithc adjustments on cdjs

On my 1000s I use +/-6%.

You know when you've been mixing for a few hours and your ears are super sensitive to tracks drifting? Well with +/-6% I can hear a track drift and I up it .02% and within 10 or 15 seconds I hear it drift again, so i down it .02%. Riding the pitch up and down on a .02 sensitivity is something i thought I'd never need to do - but if you wanna be super tight it's gotta be done.

Some of us are that sensitive. If I'd brought 800s I'd be really pissed off.
