You could probably fight that in court. Especially if its actually only 4 minutes over. I hate the Toronto Parking Police, the signs are so damn confusing on some places downtown. I think I must've gotten at least 20 while I lived there in 2 years.

P.S. Remember that $30 I got for parking in front of your house? I paid that a couple of days late, and the pigs sent a notice of conviction to my house, and since my car is registered to my dad, it was addresses to him. Oh joy.
