For redundency's sake--- Pro Tools style key input won't be supported in SX3. But Cubase 4 will have it... EVENTUALLY. However they've made no real promises. Hopefully free routing, as it's called, will be deployed properly to coincide with the Q3 2007 release of Nuendo 4.

Cross your fingers. Then buy Cubase 4. I reccommend signing up for a community college course (the cheapest one you can find) and using your Student ID to get Cubase 4 for 400 bucks versus 800. I go to AI Seattle so I used my Student ID to get that student discount.
