I just wanted to give a shout out to all the average guys out there. I don't waste my time going to the gym, I'm by no means fat just an average kinda guy. Ron Burgundy you da man!

I maybe spend that amount of time total (I guess about 2 hours) in a given week working out, and it still makes a bigger difference than I'd have ever thought
