depends on the forum you are wishing to post them in, most of the forums have HTML etc disabled preventing coded or embedded videos etc to be posted.

Plus also as a lot of ppl browse the forums at work, if you have videos and the like embedded in a post with auto start, when ppl view the post, they suddenly get music blaring out of thier speakers with no warning bringing attention to themselves which would probably be unwelcome attention from the boss lol

first you need to upload it to somewhere, like youtube

then, if you used youtube, there'll be a box in the right side of the page which says "embed", then some code like "object width 26731576 (etc)". copy that code and post it in the forum.

if the forum allows embedded videos.
