troublesome sansa e270 mp3 player

Post if you've got a Sandisk Sansa e200 series (e250/e260/e270/e280) mp3 player.

Post if you had a problem connecting it to your computer (more specifically it was not recognized by Windows XP sp2)

Post if you have a solution for that problem, or you could suggest one.

I've tried re-installing the USB drivers and resetting the USB IRQ address, and nothing's worked. If there's anything I can do before I format and re-install winXP, i gotta know.
