i could be way off here but is it a mix of lustral - everytime coz i have thsi record and one of the mixes sound just like it..maybe a dub mix ?

it has the same melody in it as SC has at the start

I'm leading towards the v-one dub mix right now. I have my crack staff working on it......hehehe.....we shall see.
