ID Brighton track/artist Please

My buddies and I have been listening to this one CD that we refer to only as "Brighton Beach." I know Paul Oakenfold is part of the CD, but not until later.

The on song that we're trying to figure out the name to goes something like, "I'm a D E, I'm a D E V I, I'm a D E, I'm a D E V I.... etc...... I'm a D E V I L, a devil."

It is a rather old CD/mix, but if anyone can ID the track or the artist that would be most appreciated.
