Idea How to manipulate vocals: Blizzard- Kalopsia

Hey you guys know how to manipulate vocals to create something like The Blizzard- Kalopsia? VSTs, editing techniques, etc would be awesome.

Here's the youtube link to the song:
The Blizzard- Kalopsia

And I'm not looking for bullshit answers about using a vocoder from Reason or something like that. Get real guys...

That's awesome that you know these guys in person. So you're saying that they vocoded through the Virus TI and then just cut up and messed around with the vocal arrangement? Damn... I need to buy a Virus--too expensive though.

Similar question, any tips on how to edit vocals aka Albert Vorne - Formentera What, especially the big drawn out vocals in the background and the 'fading in' long pad vocals that just soundl like ahhhhhhh?

Hi The vocals in Kalopsia are from a acapella Tore got from another project of his. These we chopped up and used fx on like reverb, delay and panning and corrected the vocals pitch. Cheerz

Oh yeaaah... listening into my portable player the panning fx is awesome!

Just a question... you said that vocals were obtained from acapella right? Is that voice of a girl or something like that? =P Could you detail this pls ^-^
