How much drugs is too much? Druggie kids in Nashville, TN
Yes, scene in my town is messed up, sad to say but its holding on drugs more then on music. Myself, i dont do drugs and one of few kids that are going to parties for music. However, having many friends that are taking extreme amounts of drugs is almost scaring me. Hundreds of people i know staying up for 2-4 days at the time without sleep EVERY weekend. They keeping themselves up rolling on ecstacy, ESPECIALLY doing crystal meth, K, G, Coke, Acid. Some kids been doing it for about a year and it takes them 10 rolls!! just to get going. One of my friends almost died after he took 13 rolls, 6 bags of meth, 3 bags of K and 3 viles of G, just in a matter of 5-6 hours. He went in a G-Hole and barely came out of it in a couple of hours. And i can name 10 more kids of top of my head that do the same amount every weekend, even more. Not even talking about long term effect but half of them are under 20. One of them snorts so much coke, he can put ramen noodles in his mouth and blow it out of his nose. When he snort coke, some of the stuff comes out through his eye. This is reality, Nashville is not that big, if it happens here how bad is it in bigger cities? Also nashville doesnt allow groups liek DanceSafe to come around. Water is way overpriced. I saw kids pass out, puke their guts out and all clubs do is kick them out on the street. Never seen anyone die from drugs... yet. It almost makes me cry that this is what people see when they enter the scene. And there is nothing i can do... :*(

i'm 22, Russia isnt near as bad, as far as i know, simply because its a relatively poor country

I'm from Toronto and it's a pretty big city about 2.5 million living here and I don't think chemicals are that big of a problem in our rave scene.... I'd have to say K is the most popular drug here and E is second out of all the chemicals. Most people here use their common sense when it comes to drugs, but there are exceptions of course. Water is only like 3 bucks canadian and alot of people share bottles and refill using tap water at venues. I've seen some crazy and scary shit, but never seen someone die off drugs at a party.... and I hope to god that I never do.

No , not really, they just arrest whoever they can find selling and through them try to get to the source. There was no busts, even tho everyone is threatened with one. The most popular after hours club in Nashville, Katatonik, its the place where 95% of people there are on some drug. This place packs up to 400 people on the weekend Its a big number for nashville. Everyone knows whats going on inside, and secuty closes their eyes on that. One of my good friends deals there and instead getting arrested he getting VIP

why wont they let dance safe come in to help? is it regulated by the club owners and promoters? i really think that when something like this happens the local authorites should step in. see, and people wonder why the united states never has big allout festivals like the love parade or energy

i've been to nashville and heard stories of what some people do for fun on friday nights: fill up their car with gas and drive up and down some "popular" streets. in fact, i've seen it myself, so goofy... if some people find that fun, then i'm not amazed they find taking drugs fun.
i don't exactly know if there is such a big drug problem in boston, but it seems like everyone around me is smoking or inhaling something. one of me friends was growing marijuana and mushrooms, but he stopped doing drugs half a year ago, thank god.
