if the money was distributed without education then yes, we'd fall right back into the same routine. governments, societies and the people within those societies must change in order for the re-distribution to be worthwhile and sustainable.

yes.

Many African countries have massive problems with corruption, so money will end up with a select few in those affected areas, so yes it will just return to normal.

I've heard it's 80% of wealth concentrated in 5% of population but couldn't locate a reliable source online.
