If it is indeed a remix of Scatterbomb, this must be either the Trance Mix or the Yertari remix. Since this doens't have a typical "trance-sound", I'd go for the Yertari remix.
I'll try and see if i can find it somewhere so I can get to know it for sure.

Doesn't sound anything like Scatterbomb - defo not the trance mix or string mix. I haven't heard the Yertari mix though.
