I am curious to hear the reviews......I think one of the best sets I've ever heard was Sasha in 2004 @ Eleven50........He had just released Involver and the music and crowd were both absolutely amazing.....
After listening to 5 different live sasha sets from the past couple months.......and then learning that sasha has prolonged his release of Involver 2 for at least another 9 months due to his wife getting pregnant......I decided to save my energy for carl cox.....Ibiza knocked the wind out of me....and I just didn't have it in me to party until wednesday......which is what would have happened if I went tonight
But......I would really like to know from someone who was as that party in 2004 if it even compared to his set tonight??????

We missed the last hour of Sasha's set (where it supposedly got "amazing"), but everything to that point was an utter bore (Sasha & Spooky), so we took off to get an early start on the afterparty.
Regardless, the true value of the evening was in getting to meet a bunch of new TA's and hang out with some old friends we hadn't seen in quite some time, and man did I ever have a blast.
Again though (and it's probably sounding redundant at this point, but give me a break - there's really no way my thoughts or grammar should be expressed this clearly right now ), next time we need more than a day.

phreaking w0rd.
As far as the party goes, I had by far the best time I've ever had clubbing! Sasha was wank in comparison to Digweed last month, but the peepz from out of town, WetBar, and a few too many drinks made it much much much more enjoyable! Thanks LeeAnn and Scott for the unexpected VIP treatment!
It was FANTASTIC to meet you all!

Rob and Myra - thank you so much for coming down for this show! Im glad you guys had fun (and liked Wetbar - see, homosexuals know how to party!) Kidnap Bobby and Tony next time you guys decide to make the trip.
Yeah, his set got better through the second half, and the last track was quintessential Sasha. Even though the first half was weak the crowd loved him. Ben and I didnt care, we danced all night.
Did anyone notice the free food on the rooftop patio? Ben and I went upstairs and stuffed our faces for a while and had some good conversation with a couple guys about people getting shot.
Anyways, had A LOT of fun and Im glad I got to meet everyone. Looking forward to next time.

I really enjoyed it. I thought Sasha was good, not as good as when I saw him in Miami last year, but good. I was never bored throughout the set. Crowd was rockin, plenty of girls, good music, saw my bartender who is always cool and hookin it up, saw all my buddies, exc. I even convinced this girl that my sweater was made out of bear skin. It was funny.

Which after party were you at? We ended up (briefly) at a friend's friend's friend's house party that was apparently a Sasha after party cause I knew some TA's there. I couldn't have fun, though, cause hip-hop loving friend wasn't having fun and boyfriend refused to hand over my keys And HE was the drunk one... wah.
