Has clearly already happened. 5 million have left to find jobs elsewhere. The government refuses to acknowledge its mistakes. Not only that, but they continue to praise its own self-destructive policies as beneficial to the nation. Mugabe has turned Zimbabwe, once a breadbasket of Southern Africa into a failed state...
