10.12.2007 Med vs Neil Bamford - One, Chris Medlock returns to Abora Recordings in collaboration with Neil Bamford followin up the massive 'In You'. One of biggest and best releases to date, we had so many people who wanted to remix that one. As a result we've decided to run a remix competition for the new release, the rules are very simple and follow below. 01. Remix Med vs Neil Bamford 'One' with the midi provided. The deadline is February 11th so you have plenty of time. 02. The remix must not involve any copyrighted material and must be soley the producers own work. 03. The remix must be uploaded to a server and the link to download must be sent to remix[at]abora-recordings.co.uk in 320kbs mp3 form. Please don't send the mp3 through the mail system as this clogs the inbox. Any lower bit-rates will not be accepted. 04. Any genre is welcomed, but bare in mind the label type. Trance/Prog/Breaks/Electro/House anything other than this probably won't be what we're looking for. So no drum & bass or garage please! 05. The prize is your remix will be featured on the final release mp3 and CD plus you will be given the chance to remix a future Abora release on a paid contract to be pre-agreed after this competition. 06. The judges decision is final. We will chose 2 winners out of entrants depending on the quality of mix and the amount we recieve. 07. Under no circumstances must the remix be shared during the competition period, same goes for myspace sample. Once the competition is over you can do what you want with your mixes if you have not been sucessful. However, any mix that is seen to be available in any means prior to the deadline will be ineligible for selection. 08.
