wow wow wow. what a movie. its definitely a different style of movie and if you get motion sickness easily i would avoid it. this movie actually gives you that scared feeling in your gut.
with details of the monster...and possible pictures. This will allow me to watch the movie in a span of 1 minute.
sounds like the same monster that was in the sketch.

just came back from watching it. lame movie, no real storyline or plot, just a shaky camera and some chaos for about an hour. it didn't really go anywhere or was interesting in any way, just chaos and panic, and a shaky camera. the monster looked pretty lame too, like something out of a video game.

Just watched this last night with Lyndsay and Sean. I thought Cloverfield was awesome! I will admit that I felt like walking out on the first 15 minutes because it was pretty shaky, but in the end I was really pleased with how this was put together. If this movie was done like a regular one, it would not have the same effect it has now.
Honestly, I thought the monster was done really well. There was a time the actors got a real close up of it, but it should have been cut out of the film since it was disproportionate to what was shown earlier in the movie. It definitely wasn't like the pictures that are flying around Google.
Pretty sad ending and I hate how movies just end.

I thought the ending was perfect for the movie, the direction they went was better than they typical "hero saves the day and the girl" ending.

I liked the movie. My friends all hated it though. The way it was shot was brilliant. You felt as if you were right there.
