Problem with Live and MIDI controller

I can't record a note while modifying a parameter. The sound comes out ok but it's like I didn't modify anything at all...

How do you record a series of notes while playing with your midi controller and MAKE IT STAY THAT WAY when you playback the clip?

wen i record via midi controller it stays the same after sorry dude cant help on this 1
