I think the vocals are:

"MDT agency presents ... Do you know what Santa was doink on 25th of December? See you next year"

The fact that she doesn't use articles, and her accent makes me think that she's either Russian or Polish.


Help ID this!

MDT agency is a polish booking agency and orginizer of many parties. Just go to their website and search for with party they make that intro.
