I know I shouldnt base everything off of off-topic.net, but again I have an idea

underneath the smilies, there is a bar displaying "Showing 25 out of 77 click [link]here[/link] for more" or somthin like that, making a java window popup

I dont even use off-topic.net; I just think they have some prettty cool vb mods I know people say, oh just find links, and then people send to some site full of smilies... but ehm.. that isnt easy is it
