It IS related to ontariocolleges.ca. They started the second phase of their campaign this past Monday I think, with a new line of posters saying "Thankfully Obay isn't real"

I live in Hamilton and have never seen those in the streets. Even if they were around ehre, I've been locked up in my house with an injury for almost 5 weeks and go out maybe lke once a week.
