you can 65 exercises with it, and i dont go to the gym. I'm a teenager, i cant afford a gym. I work out every other day in my room.
everyday for a few hours? you are aware of overtraining and the catobolic state you can put your body in arent you?

i do flyes, incline and reg, dips, and push-ups for my chest.
I can't really do benching because i dont have a spotter or a power rack(yet) and it decreases your ROM, a lot of pros don't bench at all.
Also i dont have the money to buy drinks, bars or any supplements. The equipment i'm gonna get will prolly be used
With a bowflex you can bench, fly, shoulder pullover.. incline or decline too. Thats basically all you need alogn with a dip bar and a pull-up bar

no i dont think its a lot and most of the pros i read about work out 45-60 minutes because after that time you body turns into a catabolic state. Its not the work out the builds muscle, its the rest peroids, you shoudl get atleast one day of rest inbetween work outs and not overtrain
www.bodybuilding.com has some good articles and studies on it

back to the subject
Well anyways lets get back to the subject.
Whats a good way to add width and thickness? like the specific muscles to work out and what are some good excersises. I know the back will add width and all.
Also for lats and obliques, my lat tower broke so i dont know if i shoudl get a power rack or not
