alright since you wanted crits here it comes:
1. start is not very exciting, but passable
2. the sang gets more exciting so i strike out the first
many instruments, coherent, decent sound, in tune
1:20 and i like it
3. the song gets louder, and an annoying instrument is sweeping occasionally
the latter needs to be tweaked one way or another
4. 3:00 the beat is still the same, some sort of build up using instruments
so far the beat and bass have been repetitive and uncreative
5. an oversampled lead is slapped on (very bad, normalize sound levels)
6. the rest of the song is a let down, anonymous and the
inevitable "peak point" never quite came
now, the last point here is common for beginner producers
so i cant really give you a minus for that
just think about it for awhile, does the song really have a climax?
(doesnt matter what kind of subgenre of trance it is, you need a climax)
i also miss transitions
overall this is NOT a bad song
its far from good however i really like that the instruments fit
clearly you have musical awareness
that doesnt change the fact that the overall sound is a little... too much
ah well, a good listen

I...I don't think you need anymore FX...
to me it seems all to be partially a mixing issue and partially the structure of your song.
(I'm pretty weak at the structure point too! so don't worry, that will come with time and practice)
I suggest you a break, try some other project of yours and get back to this one in 2-3 days/ a week or so...
Then you will hear much better what needs to be done.
