btw the output is +4dB. thats meant for balanced instruments next in the chain. what is next in the chain? a volum-control? direclty to monitors? if its a normal stereo-amp theyr usualy not balansed and u can overload the inputs. other option -10dB could be low tho so if u just lower the volum-fader -4dB ull be on 0dB if u keep the option on +4. i think this is abit stupid on echos but it might be industri standard i have no idea. about the clicks u could try making the latency longer.

By the way, you have some devices that are not installed propery (the big yellow question marks in device manager). Fix these as one of them is related to audio. This could be causing a conflict. If this unknown device is also on board sound, then disable it as it could just cause more problems.
Try setting the buffers (both in ableton and the console) to the highest setting and restart the applications. Let us know if that makes a difference.
