hey guys.. i need info + opinions on this track??
first time i heard this was at Tiesto live @ dutch dimension set.. but i was at a club two nights ago and the Dj played this tune.. now i dont know if he's got the vinyl or if he riped from tiesto's set... any comments on that? I personally thought this was a new track ...
so anyone knows of a vinyl realease date or if it has been realeased yet??

It's really called sia - drink to get drunk. Sia Furler is an australian born musician who made the song. Released on Long Lost Brother Recordings, the song was released last year on vinyl in may if i remember correctly.

i dont know about a vinyl release but its not a new track at all. i first heard it in july 2001. this is the first time i heard it so i am pretty sure it is out on vinyl by now.

You can get Sia - DRINK TO GET DRUNK @ www.replayrecords.com im not sure if its the same as Sia vs different gear though?

my vinyl says:

on Strictly Rhythm recordings. from 2001.
I also have a new remix, the Jigsaw vs. Sia - Drink to Get Drunk, just out a few weeks ago.
All the vinyls i have seen have been labeled ARTIST vs. Sia.
Jigsaw mixes are pretty good. give them a listen if you haven't heard them yet.

no it is not, the original song is totally different than "Different Gear vs. Sia" tune.

got my copy two months ago) and the title on my vinyl is ecxactly like the name of this thread.
