I normally use interval training, trying to get a certain distance done in under a certain time, like 100s on 30 seconds or 200s on a minute. Sometimes I just do 100 yard sprints with long breaks between, but then I guess that's not technically "cardio."
Today I did something I hadn't tried in a while, which was running 400s, alternating 100 yards jog and 100 yards sprint. Really good workout.
Another thing I like to do is to break up a longer distance (like 800 yards or so) with pushups every twenty-five or fifty yards.
I rarely do straight "jogging" for more than a couple minutes at a time, mostly because I find it really boring to go the same speed for a long time.

Rowing machine + elliptical or bikes. 20 minutes of each. Days I don't go to the gym I go for a 30-40 minute rollerblade.

Talk about taking the fun out of 'cardio'. The greatest thing about it is that you can jog outside, see some landscape, get some fresh air, but instead you stay indoors and use a machine.

Hey, I used to jog outdoors, but my knees can't take it. That's why I rollerblade!

I do this but i have one of those horse feeders and I just fill it with ice cream. The ice cream eatery does not stop throughout the entire cardio routine. It's magnificent.

In actuality, I have a bike in my basement that is my main source of cardio. By default, I ride 30 minutes on mornings I don't lift. On mornings i do lift, I ride for 7 minutes pre-workout and then if I have time, I try to get another 20 post-workout.
I supplement that cardio with a variety of other cardio activities, mainly basketball, mountain biking, and hanging out with Lorenzo Lamas, which DOES qualify as cardio.

I ride my bike between 5 and 15 miles, 3-4 days a week.
Enjoy running/jogging as well, but my knees are too poor to do it all that often anymore. I love my bike.
