Thats a cool little tip. Never even thought of it before but now know I've heard it a thousand times. Would guess this is a good way to make a lot of fade in effect noises (I use to just reverse a crash but never considered reversing the reverb with it).

I always used to put blur effect, but i belived i've put wrong parameters, so every time it sounds wrong...
So, convolution is the key
