In case it helps, this song is track #3 in Paul Oakenfold's - Perfecto on Tour 84 5-23-2008 @ Ministry of Sound, London. It originally aired on Sirius in the beginning of July. I've been trying for weeks to id it, going on beatport everyday listening to samples to no avail. And yes, I have checked the tracklist section, and it is still listed as ID. No one has yet figured it out.
