Just got back to production after a few years, ironing out the cobwebs etc etc. Anyway somthin not quite right about the sound of this wee sample i made, i think its to do with the mix but i have tried playing with the levels and eq'ing as best i can but to no avail

any help appreciated!

hmmmmm , the only thing i can pick out is that droning bass , and alot of the sounds need widening

hmmm yea its somthing with the bass, allthough when i take the lead out it soudns fine. i have 3 basses in atm, 1 is that droney one ur on about and 2 other plucky basses. ive actually tried takin out the droney one but doesnt seam to make THAT much diff. :// hmmmm indeeed.

Have you tryed turning the droney one down a notch , just to get a bit of defention on it
